My sleep and food journal, in support of [livejournal.com profile] incendiaryfood. See explanation in yesterday's post.

Sleep:
12-7: 7 hrs
Avg. energy level: Medium.

Food:
8:35: English muffin (2) w/egg salad (1-2)
9: start of hazelnut coffee, skim milk (1-2?) (too sweet due to hazelnut syrup, from coffeecart outside building)
1:30: ~1-1.5 c veggie soup w/rice (1), 1.5-2 c mac&cheese from cafeteria (really good, actually, but a bit too much - 5?)
6: 16 oz. smoothie (mango, guava, pineapple, ice: very tasty). (2-3 pts)
6:35: incredibly good kosher dinner frank wrapped in phyllo dough (with mustard) - "pig in a blanket"? So freakin' satisfying. (~10 pts?)
9:30: Breyer's light ice-cream sandwich (2 pts)
