[livejournal.com profile] starkeymonster pointed me to [livejournal.com profile] incendiaryfood, where people are posting their food intake for a week or so, to show what we eat unapologetically. I thought I'd post my food journal openly for the week. I'll still put it behind a cut-tag, for those who don't care.

Sleep:
??11:45-8:15: ~8 hrs
Avg. energy level: Good.

Food:
9:30: 1/3 c dry oatmeal w/1/3 c milk, 1/3 c water, 3 pcs crystallized ginger (so good!) (2), cinnamon muffin (3?)
12:30: cinnamon muffin (3?)
2:15: lentil soup w/rosemary roll, 1/2 gruyere grilled cheese sandwich w/salad (balsamic dressing), Rooibos Phoenix tea; ~1/2 of the serving of dark chocolate mousse - Alice's Teacup.
6:10: 16 oz. citrus smoothie from Jamba Juice: pineapple juice, rasberry, lemonade, orange sherbet, ice, banana. Really tasty.
8:15: last cinnamon muffin.


Not the best day I've ever had, but I didn't feel like eating anything I had at home. Lunch was fanastic, as was the smoothie.
