Sleep:
11-6:15: over 7 hrs
Avg. energy level: Good.

Food:
8:30: English muffin w/egg and cheese (7-11), 2/3 of a 16 oz. bottle of orange juice.
10:30: banana.
12:30: less than 1 c coffee w/<1 c 1% milk and 2 sugars, small fruit cup
2:10: bran muffin (meant to be raisin bran but no raisins!), 1/2 bottle of cream soda (sadly, didn't care for it much).
4:20: chamomile tea w/honey.
4:35: 1 slice cheese pizza
6:40: 1 whole wheat cracker
7: 2/3 bag of movie popcorn (no "butter substance" or whatever they call it these days), couple pcs chocolate.
9:40: ~1/2 serving wild mushroom risotto (maybe 1/2-1 c? no idea).
