Sleep:
?11:30-6:15: maybe 7 hours, not likely.
Avg. energy level: Low in morning, low in evening, good enough during the day.

After the movie (The Prestige, really good flick), a good mushroom risotto but unsatisfactory dinner, followed by quiet night and eventual wandering to bed. No idea what time it actually was; 10:30? 11? how long to fall asleep?

Food:
7:35-8: ~2/3 of oatmeal w/crystallized ginger (1/3 c dry, 1/3 c water, 1/3 c skim milk, 3 pcs ginger, little salt), a few bites of wild mushrooms risotto.
9:20: end of risotto (~1/3 c total)
9:45: start of ~12 oz coffee w/1 shot flavored creamer, 2-3 sugars, milk (didn't finish it)
11:30: end of oatmeal.
1:30: banana.
3:30: pasta and tomato sauce (in a cup! just add hot water! spoon included!).
7: cinnamon bun (huge rolled sugary delicious, should've stopped at half of it, didn't, felt slightly queasy for a while.)


The end. I didn't get around to eating anything dinner-like because of the queasy, and then I was tired and went to bed.
